Light Weight GMT Sheet used for Car Interior and Exterior
Currently light GMT sheets and their products in the automotive industry has become very active and are widely used as vehicle interior materials. Light GMT sheet material has high strength,high toughness,good bearing,high temperature resistance,light weight,recyclable,good sound absorption,odorless and so on.In today's increasingly stringent environmental requirements, the light GMT has a great vitality and broad prospects. Sheet surface can be selected according to the actual requirements of different surface cover such as: film, barrier film, decorative items, hard polypropylene film, non-woven fabric, reinforced material or without cover.
Features:

(2)Auto interior materials made of light GMT won't release odor and noxious gas if placed at condition of 90°C for 16 hours. it won't do harm to human body. (3) Energy Efficiency: light weight, reduce body weight for the automotive, energy conservation. (4) flame retardant: Light GMT has a good flame retardant properties, burning slower than 30mm/min, full compliance with GB8410-1994 in less than 100mm/min requirements; (5) High intensity: thermoplastic felt good tensile strength, bending strength, impact resistance performance, the performance far exceeds the hemp fiber, wood flour board and polyurethane materials. (6) moistureproof and mildewproof: a result of poor water absorption of glass fiber, non-absorbent products, no distortion,no mildew. (7) loose network structure make light GMT have excellent sound insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, air permeability. (8) Size stability: the shape won't be rebound, if products is finished, has good dimensional stability. Products at 150 °C ambient temperature storage of 1,000 hours, no significant changes in performance, The properties have no significant changes after placed at 150 °C more than 1000 hours
Application: Interior ceiling panels, sun visors, door panels, roof, tailgate (coat rack), bearing plates, seats, spare wheel trim, automotive shielding devices, auto Side,and other interior materials.
